These terms govern use of ClusterRoute for route and dispatch planning. By using the service, you agree to these terms and all referenced policies.
2. Account and access
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and all actions performed through your account. You must provide accurate account information.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, abuse platform limits, or attempt unauthorized access to other users' data.
4. Plans, quotas and fair use
Feature availability and usage limits depend on your current plan. If quota is reached, requests can be limited until reset or upgrade.
5. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change features, limits, and pricing with appropriate notice.
6. Liability
Route outputs are planning recommendations. You remain responsible for operational decisions and legal compliance in the field.
